But the guy was down for about 5 - 10 seconds. And this guy saw that when he was running over. Then he jumps on the pile, probably with the safety off, and risked a gunshot.
And I’ve ridden with an officer for a day.

2. All of these officers did something wrong. You CANNOT just beat someone ’cause he ran from you. That’s called use of excessive force. The whole department can be sued for doing that. It doesn’t even matter if you have a warrant or whatever. It’s a crime, and you are not right.

The Suspect Was SUSPECTED of being Suspicious! Yeah, in this day and age if you Look at a Cop, you are suspicious. If you look Away from a cop…you are suspicious. Good reason to pull anybody over for anything. Then they can write the universal ticket of “Disturbing the Peace” or “DisOrderly Conduct” which means talking loud will get you jail
